Lovely guitar work and bass! The synth voices give a nice retro sound but still very modern. Have you ever seen the Barberella movie? Love the poem with it too. You can still hear your blues influence in this one but there sounds like something else coming in too and I can't pinpoint it. Great professional sounding piece.

the guitar on the intro is amazing...it has an almost ethereal quality. This actually reminds me a lot of the Ozric Tentacles, you may have heard their stuff...excellent, musically at least. The vocals here very good, got a sort of creepiness witht her soft way they're spoken, sort of reminiscent of roger waters. Excellent song this...music was amazing

Jeez! That one note--like a big hazy blue orb, man that is so cool! Love the vocals, really unique and the delivery is just so on. And as usual your guitar parts are amazing--it's wild how you're playing is so understated and cool, but I'm still always, like, "good god did you hear that!"

This is amazing! The guitar speaks! Agree with all of the above. I really like the bass. The key vioces are good and I like the way they seem to swell. i like the spoken bits like a secret. Cool, hats off.

The guitar and song on the whole is very reminiscent of something Santana might do (of sorts), with a mix of someone akin to new-age music (I'm drawing a blank - Ed VanFleet is the only person coming to mind).
I particularly like the dreamy sounds and clean, clear distinction of all the elements.
This is a fantastic genre for you, with all your vast musical talent, to express yourself. Greatly enjoyed.

One of the things I appreciate about you, Traf... and that's you're a true original. You know your genres, and have the skills and background, but whatever you do, you make your own.
Well, that's two things... but what the heck...
Superb production, perfect playing, and the concept driving this is so wonderfully experimental, that I'm in love with it!
Another great one... you haven't let me down yet!

I'm completely bowled over. Amazing playing! I really love the speaking -- it adds this haunting quality to the song. I can't quite hear what you're saying, which adds to the mysterious feel. (Although of course I want to KNOW, so post the words if you get a chance!)

Holy chops Batman. Kinda Vai meets Cooder. I love that bass sound. Fretless I assume? Drums are great too. You can't possibly be sequencing those can you? Actually there's some riffs in there that totally remind me of Dave Martone. Very cool track.

Hm, you have realeased CDs? this song is sooo cool, i love this atmosphere and he sound charachteristics you create, also the imitations of birds" with your guitar.. you got awesome skills on playing guitar, hm the bass guitar seems to be out of tune in some places for me but except that, the song is excellent, you own make more of that stuff

Cool, everything is teasing and tasty. That synth is too much, its just strippin away layer after layer.
Vocals are a bit eerie, but still comforting, interesting lyrics.
Great guitar-Bass tradeoffs right before 2.20
A little trance, reminds me of some British electronica I've heard.
Sweet guitar in there, and a few speed guitar licks!
Groovy as a tooth, and a great mix too!

Man, this is unbelievishly cool. I love those vocals. LOVE 'em. That bass sounds nice too, and of course the guitars are fantastic. Great stereo spread on the guitars, too.
The mellow feel of the parts with the vocals is a great offset for the energy of the rest.
I had to download this cuz I couldn't stream. I'm glad; it'll keep popping up in my rotation now.

The palm mute during solos has always been my favorite. You attack with that technique then explode to crisp clear highs and accent with some screams That's Gilmore - Fripp - Neil Geraldo [Benatars lead guitarist] I also liked the way you used the synth to act as a slap-back echo for the guitar in spots. It gives the feeling that the song is fighting/struggling to break free of it's tethered spirit Very Bowie of you Rog could'a been a track on Bowie Low [my fave]

I'm listening to a whole bunch of your stuff ( not really commenting right now, as I'm also working) but this one *really* caught my attention. I love the more abstract nature of it, the grooviness of the bassline just kills me, and I love the dynamics. The drum breaks are incredible, and I'm completely blown away by the guitars as usual! Loving the spoken word vocals, too.
This is fantastic -- great job man!

How did I miss this!? Wow. Hands down my fave, and I'm perfectly confident in that statement, since this song and I already have a history (fourth consecutive stream ). Drum track is brilliant, and all the stringed dialogue is awesome: that fretless always seems to have a snappy retort to whatever virtuosic sass your lead can throw at it. Nice use of the pads, and your softspoken vox have a lot of power, thanks in no small part to that poetical lyric! Right on!

Awesome, I could listen to this all day. People always view me as a hard rocker/metal head, but I have been playing about 40 years now, and my heart and soul will always belong to blues rock. Music like that just reaches deep into ones soul. Great tunes, I will be checking them out often.

Im pretty sure I've streamed this one before.Great sounds.Im really loving that bass. The guitar riffs are very vibrant and full of life.Vocals sound good, although im left with wanting more vocal lines in this one.For some reason this sounds like a techno/trance song done with rock as the means of bringing it to life to me.

wow, what a great song! all the components seem to mesh so well together. from the funky bass to the eerie keyboards. a lot of soul went into the guitar riffs as well, you can totally tell. i'm honestly having a hard time even finding anything to constructively critisize. some people might enjoy more vocal lines but i personally love instrumental music, so i have no complaints. awesome song through and through!

nice percussion, and that bass sounds really nice the way it is in the intro.. i love that nice quiet yet catchy intro

the vocals come and go at the right moments...
agree with jewsus, any more words and it would ruin the mood, i feel... love it instrumental

always a pleasure to listen to your playing Rog, this tracks has a jazz fusion/progressive rock feel to it that is quite infectious...
the bass sounds like it's fretless...
The mellotron/choir voice are subtle and add a nice touch as the vox are subdued and just right in the mix...

Dirty Bass sound goes well, love the fretless sound, it's so distictive but suits only specific songs.
Works here mate.
Nice drum track bruv.
Good to hear you talk instead of singing...if that's what you call singing when you do it
